Our Leadership Solutions training series addresses the recurring management challenges that every leader confronts on a daily basis! These three-four hour workshops are designed for 6 to 18 participants and can be offered onsite or as public workshops.
Leadership Workshops Include:
- Attitudes and Motivation
This workshop will help you assess individual attitudes and understand motivation. Learn attitude adjustment techniques for creating productive work environments. Learn to achieve organizational goals by understanding employee needs. Students will also discover how motivation impacts workplace effectiveness and how to create a supportive culture to enhance employee growth.
- Creating Self Awareness - CAPS Study
Self-awareness is essential to one’s personal and interpersonal functioning and in understanding other people. Knowledge and appreciation of one’s learning style, leadership style, and temperaments are key indicators of effective managerial potential. Students will discover their preferred learning style, explore individual learning differences and gain strategies to work more effectively with others.
